Temple Sinai Knitting Club
The Temple Sinai Knitting Club meets every week to knit and crochet warm winter scarves, hats, mittens, sweaters, blankets, and teddy bears for donation to homeless shelters on the North Shore as well as to the Linus Project.
Knit Knite
Interested in learning how to knit? Know how to knit and would enjoy meeting some of your neighbors who also enjoy this timeless craft? Then join the Beverly Cove Improvement Association’s “Knit Knite”! We meet weekly (Mondays at 6:00-7:30 p.m.) and work on a project of the groups choosing. Pattern reading and stitch instruction is taught by experienced knitter.
Womens Strength & Stretch with Gretchen
Gretchen Driscoll, Success Coach & Personal Trainer, will bring her specialty strength training class to CCC.
Full Body Strength for Women will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6 am to 7 am, starting 11/4/25.
Marvelous Marvel-esque
On a Frost-y January night, prepare for battles of good vs. evil as your favorite characters from the Universe step off the page and into The Castle! These heroes, villains, and XXX-men are going to make for one epic comic Strip!
Valentine's Trivia with Kelly Kapow
Join us for a night of Valentine's Trivia Trivia with Kelly Kapow! Trivia will start at 7PM and reservations can be made at 6:30PM to grab a bite to eat!
Local Black Excellence Recognition
North Shore Juneteenth Association is dedicated to spreading awareness of Juneteenth and uplifting positive images of Black American culture and the African diaspora. Through our events and programs, we use education, celebration, and unity as tools in the fight against systemic racism.
Winter Potluck Social
Meet neighbors and enjoy dinner and engaging conversation in small groups. Be sure to bring any questions you have about the League!
We will provide soup, chili, and beverages. Vegetarian options will be available. Participants are invited to bring food to share, but not required!
Crane Explorer: Valentine's Coastal Crafts
This Valentine’s Day, give a gift from the sea! From seaweed pressings to shell collages, beach treasures make beautiful greetings and keepsakes. Join this workshop to learn fun craft ideas and make marine art with our coastal educators. Make a a creative gift, or bring your special someone on a one of kind Valentine’s date!

Vintage Board Game Night
Step back in time during February School Vacation Week for an evening of classic fun at our Vintage Board Game Night. Explore a curated selection of vintage editions of beloved board games, along with one or two rare and out-of-print titles that showcase the design, artwork, and play styles of earlier eras. Visitors are welcome to drop in, learn the rules, and play at their own pace. From familiar favorites to forgotten oddities, Vintage Board Game Night offers a relaxed, hands-on chance to roll the dice, move the pieces, and enjoy games that have entertained generations. Snacks will be provided.

This event is held annually in celebration of Black History Month.
During this event participants of all ages are provided with lunch while painting the Juneteenth Flag, learning about the Juneteenth holiday, and are being introduced to a prominent artist in
Black American culture.

An evening of candlelight, fashion, and courtship awaits only the most discerning of guests!
Clothing Upcycling & Patch Making
Open to LGBTQIA+ youth ages 11-23. Part of our Queer Joy Workshop Series Presented by the Hometown Queerios, with generous support from the Peabody Essex Museum.
Black Excellence 5K
Our first Black Excellence 5k was held in 2018! The mission of this run is to highlight positive images of Black Americans. Prominent figures in Black American culture a pictured along the route. Local Black Americans of note can be viewed at the starting line.
