Maryland Governor Wes Moore was on ABC’s This Week on Sunday. He spoke with Jonathan Karl about the Democrats' big wins last week, Senator Joe Manchin, and the upcoming presidential election. Rumor has it that Senator Manchin is contemplating running for president as a third-party candidate with No Labels.
