Economy
While Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are caught in a titanic struggle to see who can become Earth’s first trillionaire, average Nevadans are finding it harder and harder to afford the basic costs of living. The Trump administration’s tariffs are only a further tax on these costs. We need to bring an end to corporate price gouging while at the same time bringing up the wages of everyday Nevadans to accurately reflect the hard work that they do.Foreign Affairs
Israel is currently a country with a broken moral compass. The entire world sees this clearly except for the United States. A United States whose politics have been warped for far too long by the toxic effects of AIPAC and made worse recently by the Trump administration’s crackdown on free speech. America has enabled Israel’s bad behavior for too long.Immigration
Nevadans wanted better control of the border. No one wanted a goon squad disappearing friends and neighbors without due process.Equal access to education, medical care, and housing
As a doctor, I have been serving patients for the last 25 years in the US Healthcare system. I know how the sausage gets made. We need to do everything that we can to reach universal coverage with some form of insurance while at the same time lowering costs. There isn’t one magic bullet or policy that will allow this to happen. It will take changes in the ways that all of the major players do business, including the insurance companies, hospitals, drug companies and pharmacies, and physicians. The Affordable Care Act was a good step in the right direction. Unfortunately the Trump’s administration’s Big Beautiful Bill has taken us backwards, diabolically taking healthcare away from some who are among the most vulnerable in society to give tax cuts to Trump’s oligarch buddies.Other
Former Republican. I voted Democrat for president for the first time because I knew that Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act would help the American health care system. This became reality for Nevada in 2014 when Brian Sandoval, the Republican governor, opted Nevada in to the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid expansion, dropping Nevada’s uninsured rate from 17% to 7%. -

Women’s Reproductive Rights
Opposes abortion but believes the issue should be decided at the state level and would vote against a national abortion ban.Gun Control Laws
Without specific statements from Marty O'Donnell on gun control, it is difficult to give a definitive answer about his specific policies. However, based on the context of his broader political positions, it is likely he aligns with the mainstream Republican stance on the Second Amendment and gun ownership.Immigrant Policies
Emphasizes the need to secure the US borders, pointing to the high number of illegal immigrants as a major concern. He views border security as a fundamental duty of the federal government.LGBTQ Policies
His campaign and social media comments emphasize the importance of the "traditional family," which some interpret as reflecting his views on LGBTQ+ issues.Equal Access to Education, Medical Care, and Housing
He has expressed concerns about government handouts to immigrants, stating they are "given access to all sorts of handouts at our expense.Other
His campaign announcement and rhetoric often echo themes aligned with Trumpian politics, including criticism of "big" influences like corporate executives, union bosses, tech, pharma, media, and advocating for border security. -
Background and Experience
Neurosurgeon. I’m a conservative who grew up in Nevada. I hold a degree in economics and have spent my career caring for patients. I’m running for Congress to protect our freedoms, strengthen our economy, and deliver real, workable solutions to a healthcare system in crisis. -
Environment
Nevada’s water crisis demands action. We can no longer afford to wait. The population is growing, but the water supply is shrinking. Securing and expanding Nevada’s water supply means securing our future.Immigration
We fully support legal immigration for those who follow the rules and seek to contribute to our society. But we strongly oppose open-border policies that encourage illegal crossings, drug trafficking, human smuggling, and the exploitation of our immigration system.LGBTQ Policy
We stand firmly for fairness and integrity in women’s athletics. Biological differences matter, and we believe that women and girls deserve the right to compete on a level playing field — against other biological females. We’re fighting to preserve women-only sports to protect opportunities, scholarships, and the future of female athletes.Equal access to education, medical care, and housing
No one should have to choose between seeing a doctor and paying the rent. Yet too many families across Nevada are being crushed by the high cost of healthcare. Healthcare should be affordable, accessible reliable for everyone not just the wealthy or well-connected. // Parents should absolutely have a voice in what schools are teaching to students. The state should not dictate what students any specific ideology, just math English & science.
